01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the ph11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern the entire relationship between you and ph11 with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the ph11 registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the Agreement.

2.3 ph11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use the ph11 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ph11 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age at any time.

3.2 Jurisdiction. The ph11 Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph11 is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on ph11:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph11 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of ph11 or its business partners, and their immediate family members;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Persons who have been excluded by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority.

3.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3 and that all information you provide to ph11 is accurate, complete, and current.

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ph11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ph11 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4 KYC Verification. ph11 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.5 Account Suspension. ph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where ph11 suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any violation of Applicable Law.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. ph11 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on ph11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the ph11 Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Player Funds. ph11 holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. Player funds are protected in the event of ph11's insolvency to the extent required by PAGCOR regulations.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. ph11 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of KYC verification. ph11 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud or compliance checks.

5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ph11 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ph11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where ph11 determines in its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotions, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.4 ph11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on the ph11 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on ph11 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under real-time supervision.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, ph11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. ph11's decision in respect of any malfunction shall be final. No compensation will be payable beyond the return of the original stake where a malfunction is confirmed.

7.4 Disconnection. ph11 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, power failure, or other technical issues on the Player's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game rules and the recorded server-side state.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph11 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

08 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the ph11 Platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing a minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph11 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ph11 Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

9.1 ph11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

9.2 Player Tools. ph11 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the ph11 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and without question.

9.3 Age Verification. ph11 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the source of deposit, less any winnings derived from wagers placed during the period of underage use.

9.4 If you believe your gaming is becoming a problem, ph11 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account settings and to seek professional support.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 ph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

10.2 The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the ph11 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ph11 Privacy Policy.

10.3 ph11 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine authorities in accordance with Applicable Law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of ph11's privacy obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the ph11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of ph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph11 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph11 Platform without the prior written consent of ph11.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, ph11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.2 ph11's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph11 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ph11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph11 makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

13 Termination

13.1 By ph11. ph11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.

13.2 By You. You may close your ph11 Account at any time by contacting ph11 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to ph11 customer support for resolution. ph11 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph11's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

14.4 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in this Section 14.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 ph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph11 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.2 The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15.3 Your continued use of the ph11 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
